Ondara Atelier ships to customers throughout Canada and the United States. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, available shipping methods, shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and other important information about receiving your order.

We currently ship to:

- United States
Shipping availability may vary for certain remote locations or addresses that cannot be serviced by our shipping carriers.
We do not currently ship to destinations outside Canada and the United States.

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 business day after the order is successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding applicable statutory and federal holidays.
Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may begin processing on the following business day.

- Total estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days
Expedited Shipping
- Processing time: 1 business day
- Transit time: Approximately 1–3 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days
These estimated delivery windows apply to both:

- United States

Ondara Atelier may use third-party fulfillment providers and shipping carriers to process and deliver orders.
Orders may be dispatched from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability, inventory location, and the fulfillment location assigned to the order.
Regardless of the fulfillment location, the shipping method, shipping cost, and estimated delivery timeframe shown to you during checkout will apply to your order.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
