We ship throughout Canada and the United States. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–9 business days, while expedited delivery is estimated at 1–4 business days where available; available shipping methods, costs, and any free-shipping offers are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with required tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns, while Ondara Atelier covers reasonable return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
